We are building a middle-market direct-lending platform exclusively focused on senior secured lending for private equity-owned US businesses. We are looking to lend to illiquid companies with an EBITDA of less than $50 million, with a focus on the under-served market of $10-35 million.
Our sector teams of tenured veterans specialize in industry origination, underwriting and portfolio management and focus on five core verticals: industrials, healthcare, food & consumer, professional services & technology and distribution & outsourced services.
