Who we are

A group of industry and credit professionals, we work closely with Private Equity partners, providing credit and expertise that helps middle market businesses fund moments of change. These businesses may be taking on institutional capital for the first time to fund their next chapter of growth, or about to embark on a program of significant capital investment.

Our lending structures are intended to offer investor protections, moderate levels of leverage, less complex capital structures and fuller covenant packages that facilitate monitoring and early intervention.
